Printed directly to a 1/2" thick maple surfaced wood board for a warm and natural-looking print.

No white ink is used in the printing process allowing the warm tones and grain of the wood to exude their natural and vintage character. No two look alike!

Message from the Artist: "In Solace, the Summer’s warmth comes to me, over each fall and rise of mountain I sit with my hands and feet in the cool green grass as I relax to birdsong and butterfly."

I created a series of acrylic paintings where the poetry for each one flowed out of me after the artwork was complete. I include the poem on my prints here.
