Description

Sometimes called the Mackintosh rose, sometimes the Hunter rose and sometimes simply the Craftsman rose, a glass rose by any name shines brilliantly. It’s a classic design that accents every corner of this horizontal mailbox in rich red.

Finish yours by choosing a glass color to back the border and the word ‘MAIL’. We recommend the gold iridescent glass for its daytime radiance.

Installation is easy for the DIYer or handyman with a standard set of screwdrivers and drill. Supplied with stainless steel mounting screws and plastic sleeve anchors.

care

Maintain with an occasional wipe down using warm, soapy water and dry with a clean cloth. If you live near salt water or in an area with hard water, we recommend you clean down twice a month. Avoid abrasive cloths and cleaning solutions that contain ammonia.

returns

Mailboxes that include house numbers are not eligible for return. For all other mailboxes: returns made within 30 days incur a 25% restock fee. Returns are not accepted 30 days after your order ships. See our shipping and returns page for details.

Overall height includes the distance between the mounting surface and the lowest point of the fixture (including shades if relevant). We measure overall height in inches. Please note that extended chain length may incur additional charges.

MOUNTING OVER A TABLE

We recommend that the lowest point of the fixture be at least 36” above your table.

Measure your ceiling height, subtract the height of the table (most tables are 30” tall), then subtract the distance above the table you want the fixture to hang. The resulting number is your overall height. Enlarge the graphic for a visual explanation.

MOUNTING IN A WALKWAY

We recommend that the lowest point of the fixture be at least 84” above the floor.
