Printed directly to a 1/2" thick maple surfaced wood board for a warm and natural-looking print.
No white ink is used in the printing process allowing the warm tones and grain of the wood to exude their natural and vintage character. No two look alike!

Message from the Artist: This acrylic painting is part of my "Stained Glass Series." I start with a solid panel, then add a sculptural molding compound to create the effects of glass backgrounds. I want every part of my painting to have purpose and texture. I use acrylic and enamel paints.
The warmth of a summer day inside the Gamble House inspired this work. The Greene brothers were the architects for many California homes in the early 1900s and designed much of the interior decoration as well.
