Lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship; any structural or functional problem will be repaired or replaced at our cost. Finishes are not covered by this warranty. assembly
Installation is easy for the DIYer or handyman with a standard set of screwdrivers and drill.
care
Maintain with an occasional wipe down using warm, soapy water and dry with a clean cloth. If you live near salt water or in an area with hard water, we recommend you clean down twice a month. Avoid abrasive cloths and cleaning solutions that contain ammonia.

We ship within the United States and Canada.
Our handcrafted mailboxes typically ship two to three weeks from order date.
returns
Mailboxes that include house numbers are not eligible for return. For all other mailboxes: returns made within 30 days incur a 25% restock fee. Returns are not accepted 30 days after your order ships. See our shipping and returns page for details.
